Prayer Psalm 71

PRAYER PSALM 71

Baruch Ata, YHVH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi.

(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Israel, my Father)

Deliver me, Elee (my God) and Moshi’ee (my Savior/Deliverer), out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.  For my enemies speak against me, and those who lie in wait for my life take counsel together, saying, "Elohim has forsaken him; pursue and take him, for there is none to deliver him.”  O YHVH - Ro’yee (my Shepherd), do not be far from me.  O M’gee’nee (my Protector/Shield), make haste to help me!  Let them be confounded and consumed who are adversaries of my life.  Let them be covered with reproach and dishonor that seek my hurt.

Deliver me in Your righteousness and cause me to escape; incline Your ear to me and save me, Yeshua’tee (my Salvation).  Be my strong refuge, for You are Miphla’tee (My Refuge) to Whom I may resort continually.  For I have become as a wonder to many, but You are my strong refuge.

You have given the commandment to save me, Tzu’ree (my Rock) and M’tzuda’tee (my Fortress). You are Tikvatee (my Hope), O YHVH - El Ne’eman (Faithful God); You are my trust from my youth.  You, Abba, have upheld me from birth.  You took me out of my mother's womb.  I pray, El Ra’chum (Compassionate God), do not cast me off in old age; do not forsake me when my strength fails.  You have shown me great and severe troubles; but You, Elohey Chesed (God of Mercy), will revive me and bring me up again from the depths of the earth.  You, Shofet Tzedek (Judge of Righteousness), have confounded and brought to shame those who seek my hurt; but You will increase my greatness and comfort me on every side. Therefore my praise will be continually of You, YHVH - M'na’cha’mee (my Comforter).

O YHVH - Elohey Emet (God of Truth), You have taught me from my youth; and to this day I declare Your wondrous works.  May my mouth be filled with Your praise and with Your glory; and may I tell of Your righteousness and Your salvation all the days, for I cannot count them. My tongue also will speak of Your righteousness all the day long.  O El Elyon (God Most High), You are very high; You have done great things; O El Yeshua’tee (God my Salvation), who is like You?

O El Olam (Eternal God), when I am old and gray headed do not forsake me, until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.  I shall go forth in Your strength; and I shall make mention of Your righteousness, of Yours only, El Chiz’kee (God my Strength).  My lips will greatly rejoice when I shall sing to You, and my soul, which You have redeemed.  With the lute I shall praise You for Your faithfulness, O El Ne’eman (Faithful God).  To You I shall sing with the harp, O Kadosh (Holy/Set-apart) of Yisrael.  In You, Cha’ya’i (my Life), I put my trust; let me never be put to shame.  I shall hope continually, and shall praise You yet more and more.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You, YHVH, are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!

Prayer Psalm 61

PRAYER PSALM 61

Baruch Ata, YHVH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi.

(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Israel, my Father)

Hear my cry, O Elohey Yisrael (God of Israel); attend to my prayer, Abba; or when my heart is overwhelmed, El Tzu’ree (my Rock), lead me to the Rock that is higher than I.  You are Misga’bee (my Stronghold); for You have been a shelter for me, a strong tower from the enemy.  You have hidden me, O Sit’ree (my Hiding Place), under the shadow of Your wings, so that I may dwell in Your tent.

From the ends of the earth, I shall cry out to You, El Ro’ee (God Who Sees and Provides for me); for You will hear my vows.  You will give me the inheritance that You have chosen for me, because I fear Your name.  I thank You, YHVH, and praise You, Ribon Olam (Sovereign of the Universe); because You have prolonged the life of my King and made His years many generations; for He abides before You, El Olam (Eternal God), forever. Your Mercy and Truth preserve Him.  Thus, shall I sing praise to Your name and pay my vows daily, giving glory to You, Yeshua’tee (my Salvation), forever.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You, YHVH, are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!

Prayer Psalm 146

PRAYER PSALM 146

Baruch Ata,

YHVH - Elohey Yisrael, Avi

(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Israel, my Father).

Abba, You have instructed me not to put my trust in princes, nor in the sons of men, in whom there is no help.  For their spirit will depart, and they will return to the earth; in that very day their plans will perish.  But You have said that I would be happy if I would have You, Elohey Ya’acov (God of Jacob), for my help and for my hope.

You, YHVH - Bor’ee  (my Creator), have made heaven and earth, the seas and all that is in them.  You give food to the hungry and freedom to the prisoner.  You, YHVH - Elohey Emet (God of Truth), keep truth forever and execute justice for the oppressed.  You are Roph’ee (my Healer); You open the eyes of the blind and raise those who are bowed down.  You love the righteous, watch over the strangers, and relieve the fatherless and the widow; but the way of the wicked You turn upside down.

YHVH, You are Mal’kee (my King), Elohey Tziyon (God of Zion); You shall reign forever to all generations.  Praise You, YHVH! Praise You!  My soul praises You!  As long as I live, I will praise You, Elohey Yeshua’tee (God of my Salvation); I will sing praises to You, Elohi (my God), while I have my being.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You, YHVH, are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!

Prayer Psalm 92

Baruch Ata, YHVH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi.

(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Yisrael, my Father)

It is good to give thanks to You, YHVH - Avinu Ba’sha’ma’yim (our Father in Heaven), and to sing praises to Your name, El Elyon (God Most High).  For You, El Shaddai (God Almighty), are on high forevermore.  You are Sim’cha’tee (my Joy).  You have made me glad through Your work.  How great are Your works!  I shall triumph in the works of Your hands.  O Elohey Emet (God of Truth), Your thoughts are very deep.

A senseless man does not know, nor does a fool understand this, that when the wicked spring up like grass and when all the workers of iniquity flourish, it is so that they may be destroyed forever.  But my horn You have exalted like that of a wild ox; You have anointed me with fresh oil.  My eyes also have seen my enemies; my ears have heard the wicked who rise up against me.  For behold, Your enemies, O Elohey Tzva’ot (God of the Armies); for behold, Your enemies will perish; all the workers of iniquity will be scattered.

But because I am planted in Your house, YHVH - Ro’eh Yisrael (Shepherd of Israel), I shall thrive in Your courts Mal’kee (my King).  I shall still bear fruit in old age; I shall be fresh and flourishing; for only in You, Tzid’kee (my Righteousness), will I flourish like a palm tree and grow like a cedar in Levanon.  I shall declare that You, Tzur Ma’oz (Rock of Strength), are upright; and that You are Tzu’ree (my Rock), for there is no unrighteousness in You, Elohey Tzedek (God of Righteousness).  Therefore, I shall declare on an instrument of ten strings, on the lute, and on the harp, with harmonious sound, Your loving kindness in the morning and Your faithfulness every night.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You YHVH are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!
