Corporate Prayer Psalm from Psalm 89
Mercy will be built up forever. Your faithfulness, El Ne’eman
(Faithful God),
You will establish in the very heavens.
Therefore we shall sing of Your mercies, YHVH - El Ra’chum (Compassionate
God), forever; and with our mouth will we
make known Your faithfulness to all generations. The heavens will praise Your wonders, El
HaKavod (God of Glory);
Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the saints. For who in the heavens can be compared to You,
Elohim Chayim (Living God)? Who among the sons of the mighty can be likened to You,
Ribon Olam (Sovereign
of the Universe)?
YHVH, You are greatly to be feared in the assembly of Your
called out ones and to be held in reverence by all those around You. For who is mighty like You, El Gadol
(Great God)? Your faithfulness also surrounds
You. You, Boreh Olam (Creator
of the Universe), rule the raging of the sea. When its waves rise, You still them. You have broken Rahab in pieces, as one who is
slain. You, Elohey Tzva’ot (God
of the Armies), have scattered Your enemies with
Your mighty arm. The heavens are Yours;
the earth also is Yours; the world and all its fullness, for You have founded
them. The north and the south, You have
created them; Tavor (Tabor) and Hermon rejoice in Your name.
You have a mighty arm, and strong is Your hand, and high is Y’min’cha
(Your Right Hand). For righteousness and justice are the
foundations of Your throne; mercy and truth go before Your face.
Therefore, we who know the joyful
sound are blessed! For we walk, O YHVH - Orey’nu (our
Light), in the light of Your countenance,
and in Your name we rejoice all day long, for in Your righteousness we are exalted. You, El HaKavod (God
of Glory), are the glory of our strength; and
in Your favor our horn is exalted. For
our shield belongs to You, YHVH. You are Mal’keynu (our
King), the Kadosh (holy/set-apart) One of
Yisrael. Blessed be Your Name forevermore!
Amen and Amen.
Hallelu-Yah!!! For You YHVH are Elohim. You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham,
Yitzchak and Ya’acov. Avi the Almighty
reigns!
