Baruch Ata Y’HoVaH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi.
(Bless You, Y’HoVaH - Elohim of Israel, my
Father)
I
will bless You, Abba, at all times, and Your praise shall continually be in my
mouth. My soul shall make its boast in, You
Y'shu’ati (my Salvation), and all those who are humble shall hear of it
and be glad. For when this poor man
cries out and seeks You El Go’ali (my Redeemer), You hear me, and will deliver
me from all my fears, and save me out of all my troubles.
I
have tasted and have seen that You, Y’HoVaH, are good and that You have blessed
me as I put my trust in You. You even
place Your angels around me to deliver me when I stand in awe of You. When I look upon You, El Cha’ya’i (my
Life), I will not be ashamed, but my face will be radiant with joy.
A young lion may lack and suffer hunger, but
if I seek You, El Shadai (Almighty), with all my heart, I shall not lack
any good thing. For there is truly no
want when I have this reverences for You, El Elyon (Most High).
I pray that I may be a testimony, teaching others
through example, reverence for You, Malki (my King). For if I keep my tongue from evil, my lips
from speaking deceit, departing from evil and doing good, seeking peace and
pursuing it, then I will live long on the earth and see goodness all the days
of my life.
Your eyes, El Tzidki (God my
Righteousness), are on the righteous and Your ears are open to their cry. You hear them and You deliver them out of all
their troubles. But Your face, El Shofet
(Judge), is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of
them from the earth. Evil shall slay the
wicked, and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. But You, Keren Yish’ee (Horn of my Salvation),
are near to those who have a broken heart, and You save such as have a
contrite spirit. For many are the
afflictions of the righteous, but You will even guard his bones that none will
be broken. You Mephalti (my Deliverer),
will redeem and deliver the soul of Your servant and none who put their
trust in You will be condemned.
Oh, magnify Y’HoVaH - Elohi (my Elohim) with
me, and let us exalt His name together.
Hallelu-Yah!!!
For You Y'HoVaH are Elohim. You are
Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov. Avi the Almighty reigns!
HalleluYah! How I needed to be reminded of these truths this morning!Thank you for this post.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome, I'm blessed to know that it was a blessing to you.
ReplyDeleteThe Jewish people have preserved the Scriptures and the Jewish people have preserved the true name of the Almighty. Thank you for sharing as almost all of America has been taught (by Americans) a different name for our Creator. Blessings to you and thank you for remaining faithful while we (Ephraim) were not. As we are being called back to Torah we owe a great debt of gratitude to our Jewish brothers and sisters. May YHVH bless you richly as we have great anticipation for the congress to come this March where we will all meet as ONE. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteThank you Tom, His name keeps us mindful that He is always present with us.

ReplyDeleteso His name is Y'HoVaH?
According to the extensive research of Nehemiah Gordon (I added the link in the introductory letter)it is. Also, that is how the Name appears in all the Hebrew bibles (Tanach) which are printed always with the vowel points.

ReplyDeletePsalm 34 has been in my spirit for weeks now, and I am thankful that you shared. Verse 15 stands out to me. To seek peace, to pursue it! I think of Yeshua who is the prince of peace and how we are to also pursue him, abide in him, learn of him. Since he has overcome it all in Him we can know peace. I'm grateful for YHVH's word to us that gives us hope and truth. Thank you for this encouragement that refreshes my soul! -Melissa
