PRAYER PSALM 106

PRAYER PSALM 106

Baruch Ata,

YHVH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi

(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Israel, my Father).

Remember me, YHVH - Yeshua’tee (my Salvation), with the favor You have toward all Your people.  Visit me with Your salvation, that I may see the benefit of Your chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of Your nation, and that I may glory with Your inheritance.  For I have sinned with my forefathers. I have committed iniquity and have acted wickedly.  I, just like my forefathers in Egypt, did not understand Your wonders.  They did not remember the multitude of Your mercies, but rebelled by the sea--the Sea of Reeds.  Nevertheless, You, Elohey Yisrael (God of Israel), saved them, for Your name's sake, that You might make Your mighty power known.

You, El Shaddai (God Almighty), rebuked the Sea of Reeds and it dried up; then You led them through the depths, as though it were a wilderness.  The waters covered their enemies; there was not one of them left.  You saved them from the hand of him who hated them and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.  Then they believed Your words and sang Your praise.  However, they soon forgot Your works; they did not wait for Your counsel, but lusted exceedingly in the wilderness and tested You, YHVH - Tzur Yisrael (Rock of Israel), in the desert.  You gave them their request, but sent leanness into their soul.

They even envied Moshe, in the camp, and Aharon, Your kadosh (holy/set-apart) one.  They made a calf in Horeb and worshiped the molded image thus changing their glory into the image of an ox that eats grass.  You, Shofet Tzedek (Judge of Righteousness), kindled a fire in their company, burning up the wicked in the flame.  You then opened up the earth and swallowed Dathan, covering the faction of Abiram.

They forgot You, Elohey Yeshua’teynu (God of our Salvation), You Who had done great things in Egypt, wondrous works in the land of Ham, awesome things by the Red Sea.  They complained in their tents and did not heed Your voice, YHVH - Elohey Emet (God of Truth).  Therefore You raised up Your hand in an oath against them, to overthrow them in the wilderness, even to overthrow their descendants and to scatter them into other nations and lands; all because they did not believe Your word, that You, El Ne’eman (Faithful God), would bring them into the pleasant land.  Thus they despised their own inheritance.   Therefore You, YHVH - Elohey Avotey’nu (God of our Fathers), said that You would destroy them, had not Moshe Your chosen one, stood before You in the breach, to turn away Your wrath.

This was so even after all that they joined themselves to Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices made to the dead, thus, provoking You to anger with their deeds, and causing You to inflict them with a plague. However, Phinehas stood up and intervened, and the plague was stopped.  This was accounted to him for righteousness to all his generations forevermore.

After You, Elohey Chesed (God of Mercy), brought them into the land, they did not destroy the peoples, of whom You, YHVH - Elohey Tzva’ot (God of the Armies), had commanded, but they mingled with the Gentiles and learned their works.  They served their idols, which then became a snare to them.  They even sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demon-idols of the Canaanites and shed innocent blood, until the land was polluted with blood.  Thus, they were defiled by their own works and played the harlot by their own deeds.  As a result, Your wrath, El Elyon (God Most High), was kindled against Your people, so that You abhorred Your own inheritance.  You gave them into the hand of the Gentiles, those who hated them ruled over them.  Their enemies also oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their hand.  Many times, You delivered them; but they rebelled against Your counsel and were brought low for their iniquity.  Nevertheless, You, El Ra’chum (Compassionate God), regarded their affliction, when You heard their cry; and for their sake You remembered Your covenant and relented, according to the multitude of Your mercies.  You also made them to be pitied by all those who carried them away captive.

O YHVH, Elohey Yeshua’tee (God of my Salvation), may I learn from the history of my forefathers, for You are Elohey’nu  (our God), Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov (God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob).  Save us and gather us from among the Gentiles, so that we will give thanks to Your Kadosh (holy/set-apart) Name, and triumph in Your praise.

I, therefore, give You thanks for You are so good!  Your mercy endures forever.  For who can utter Your mighty acts?  Who can declare all Your praise? I am blessed when I keep justice, and do righteousness at all times.  I bless You, YHVH, Elohey Yisrael (God of Israel), from everlasting to everlasting! And let all the people say, "Amen!" Praise YHVH!  Praise You, YHVH - Elohey Chesed (God of Mercy)!

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You, YHVH, are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!

PRAYER PSALM 112

Baruch Ata,

 YHVH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi

(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Israel, my Father).

Hallelu-Yah!  YHVH, Elohey Emet (God of Truth), You have spoken in Your word that if I fear Your name and greatly delight in Your commandments, my descendants will be mighty on earth.

If I am kind, full of compassion, righteous, dealing graciously, giving to the poor, lending and dispersing, and guiding my affairs with discretion, then wealth and riches will be in my house, and my righteousness will endure forever.

Surely I shall never be shaken; I shall not be afraid of evil tidings; and my heart will be steadfast, trusting in You, Tzid’kee (my Righteousness); and then my heart will be established.  I shall not be afraid, when I look upon my enemies.   Because You are Elohey Chezki (God my strength), I shall endure forever; my horn will be exalted with honor.  The wicked will see it and be grieved; he will gnash his teeth and melt away; and his desire shall perish. But You, Ribon Olam (Sovereign of the Universe), will bless the generation of the upright; and upon them there will arise light in the darkness. For the righteous will be in everlasting remembrance.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You, YHVH, are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!

PRAYER PSALM 4

Baruch Ata

YHVH - Elohey Yisrael, Avi

(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Israel, my Father).

Hear me when I call unto You Abba, for You are Elohey Yeshua’tee, (God of my Salvation)! You will hear my prayer, and relieved me in my distress; and have mercy on me, Your child.  How long, Abba will the sons of men, turn my glory to shame? How long will they love worthlessness and seek falsehood?

I know that You, YHVH, are Kadosh (Holy/Set-Apart), and have set me apart for Yourself, for the purpose of godliness. Therefore, I pray, Abba, that my anger will not lead to sin.  May I meditate within my heart on my bed, and be still before You.  I will offer the sacrifices of righteousness by putting my faith and trust in You, YHVH - El Tzid’kee (my Righteousness).

There are many who say, "Who will show us any good?" Therefore, El Oree (my Light), lift up the light of Your countenance upon me, for You have put gladness in my heart, more than in the season that the grain and wine are in abundance.  O YHVH - El Sh’lomee (my Peace), I will both lie down in peace and sleep; for You alone, Abba, Ro’yee (my Shepherd), make me dwell in safety.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You, YHVH, are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!

Prayer Psalm 145

Baruch Ata,

YHVH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi

(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Israel, my Father).

You, YHVH, are El Gadol (Great God); and You are greatly to be praised; Your greatness is unsearchable.  I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, El HaKavod (God of Glory), and on Your wondrous works.  I will declare Your greatness.

Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts.  They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness and sing of Your righteousness.  One generation shall praise Your works to another and shall declare Your mighty acts; for You, El Shaddai (God Almighty), uphold all who fall and raise up all who are bowed down.  The eyes of all look expectantly to You; and You will give them their food in due season; for You, El Ro’eh (God Who Sees and Provides), open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.

You, Elohey Tzedek (God of Righteousness) are righteous in all Your ways, gracious in all Your works.  You, Elohey Emet (God of Truth), are near to all who call upon You, to all who call upon You in truth.  You will fulfill the desire of those who fear You; You also will hear their cry and save them.  You, Shofet Tzedek (Judge of Righteousness), preserve all who love You; but all the wicked You will destroy.

You, El Ra’chum (Compassionate God), are gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy.  You are good to all, and Your tender mercies are over all Your works.  Yes, all Your works shall praise You, Melech HaKavod (King of Glory);
Your called-out ones shall bless You.  They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom and talk of Your power, in order to make known to the sons of men Your mighty acts and the glorious majesty of Your kingdom. Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all generations.

I will extol You, Elohi (my God), Mal’kee (my King).  I will bless Your name, YHVH, forever and ever.  Every day I will bless You, Elohey Yeshua’tee (God of my Salvation); and I will praise Your name.  My mouth shall speak Your praises, and all flesh shall bless Your holy name forever and ever.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You, YHVH, are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!

Prayer Psalm 53

Baruch Ata, Y'HoVaH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi.

(Bless You, Y'HoVaH - Elohim of Israel, my Father)

O YHVH - Ribon Olam (Sovereign), You look down from heaven upon the children of men to see if there are any who understand, who seek after You and Your kingdom.  Every one of them has turned aside; they have together become corrupt; there is none who does good - no, not one.  In their foolish hearts they have said, “There is no Elohim”.  They are corrupt and have committed abominable iniquity; there is none who does good.

Abba, M’gee’nee (my Protector/Shield), have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up Your people, Yisrael, as they eat bread and who do not call upon You?  O Y'HoVaH – Mephal’tee (my Rescuer), put them in great fear where there is no fear and scatter the bones of those who encamp against us (Israel and Judah); put them to open shame, for You have rejected them.

O, that the salvation of Yisrael would come out of Tziyon!  When You, Ro’eh Yisrael (Shepherd of Israel), bring back the captivity of Your people, then Ya’acov will rejoice and all Yisrael will be glad.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You, Y'HoVaH, are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!

You, Y’HOVAH – Yeshua’te'nu (our Salvation), have gone up with a shout, with the sound of a trumpet.  Therefore we will clap our hands with all of Your people!  We will shout unto You, Y’HOVAH - Elohey Tzva’ot (God of the Armies), with the voice of triumph!  We will sing praises to You, Ro’eh Yisrael (Shepherd of Israel), Mal’ke'nu (our King).  We will sing praises to You, Abba!  For You are Melech (King) of all the earth. PRAYER PSALM 34

Baruch Ata Y’HoVaH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi.

(Bless You, Y’HoVaH - Elohim of Israel, my Father)

I will bless You, Abba, at all times, and Your praise shall continually be in my mouth.  My soul shall make its boast in, You Y'shu’ati (my Salvation), and all those who are humble shall hear of it and be glad.  For when this poor man cries out and seeks You El Go’ali (my Redeemer), You hear me, and will deliver me from all my fears, and save me out of all my troubles.

I have tasted and have seen that You, Y’HoVaH, are good and that You have blessed me as I put my trust in You.  You even place Your angels around me to deliver me when I stand in awe of You.  When I look upon You, El Cha’ya’i (my Life), I will not be ashamed, but my face will be radiant with joy.

A young lion may lack and suffer hunger, but if I seek You, El Shadai (Almighty), with all my heart, I shall not lack any good thing.  For there is truly no want when I have this reverences for You, El Elyon (Most High).

I pray that I may be a testimony, teaching others through example, reverence for You, Malki (my King).  For if I keep my tongue from evil, my lips from speaking deceit, departing from evil and doing good, seeking peace and pursuing it, then I will live long on the earth and see goodness all the days of my life.

Your eyes, El Tzidki (God my Righteousness), are on the righteous and Your ears are open to their cry.  You hear them and You deliver them out of all their troubles.  But Your face, El Shofet (Judge), is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.  Evil shall slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned.  But You, Keren Yish’ee (Horn of my Salvation), are near to those who have a broken heart, and You save such as have a contrite spirit.  For many are the afflictions of the righteous, but You will even guard his bones that none will be broken.  You Mephalti (my Deliverer), will redeem and deliver the soul of Your servant and none who put their trust in You will be condemned.

Oh, magnify Y’HoVaH - Elohi (my Elohim) with me, and let us exalt His name together.

Hallelu-Yah!!!  For You Y'HoVaH are Elohim.  You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov.  Avi the Almighty reigns!
