Baruch Ata,
YHVH, Elohey Yisrael,
Avi’nu
(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of
Israel, our Father).
We cried out to You, Moshi’ey’nu (our Savior/Deliverer), that You are our refuge and our portion in the land of the living. Attend to our cry, for we are brought very low and deliver us from our persecutors, for they are stronger than we are. In the way in which we walk, they have secretly set a snare for us. Look on our right hand and see, for there is no one who acknowledges us; refuge has failed us, and no one cares for our souls.
We cry out to You with our voices, YHVH - M’gee’ney’nu (our Protector/Shield). Yes, with our voices we make
our supplication known to You. We pour
out our complaints before You, M'na’cha’mey’nu (our Comforter), and declare before
You our troubles. Even when our spirits
were overwhelmed within us, You knew our path.
O YHVH – Tikvatey’nu (our Hope), bring our soul out of prison, so that we may praise Your name; and then the righteous will surround us, for You shall deal bountifully with us."
Hallelu-Yah!!! For You, YHVH, are Elohim. You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak, and Ya’acov. Avi’nu the Almighty reigns!
